Available Packages
After paying a Booking Fee which includes licensing and Public liability Insurance, Thirsty Queen offers two available packages to cater for your special event.
If you have something else in mind, please don't hesitate to contact us with your preferences, and we'll be happy to see what we can do for you. We can customise the bar for your particular event, which could involve potentially not having the drag element of the bar if that suits your day or event better, we work with you to ensure that you have what you want for your special day.
-For an extra sprinkle of fabulousness, why not have a fun and friendly Drag Queen Miss Ruby V as your Bar Hostess at no extra cost- please confirm on booking if you would like Miss Ruby to attend.
Please keep in mind that a deposit will be required. (50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, balance required within 14 days of event). Payment Plans available.
If you’re inside our 50-mile radius, there won’t be any additional mileage fees, outside this area a small mileage surcharge will be applicable.
Pay Bar
We provide the bar staff, the drinks and the licensing. Guests pay for their own drinks and you just pay the booking fee.
Open Bar
We provide the bar staff, the drinks and the licensing. You pay the booking fee and a bar tab for the amount you choose for your guests to use.
We'll keep a pre-paid tab limit that you have chosen and if this is nearing completion throughout the event, we can arrange an increase with you, or you can swap to a cash bar at any point if you would prefer not to keep paying for your guests.
Alternatively we can provide drinks tokens for you to distribute to your guests, which controls how many drinks you will pay for your guests via a pre-paid tab limit that you have chosen.
